Once we’ve collected your e-scooter, we’ll take a look and diagnose the problem. Then we’ll workout a final price for you, and once you’re happy, we’ll go ahead and fix it.
Finally, we’ll deliver it back to you, free of charge.

Puncture Repair – £38.00 (we’ll supply a new inner tube) – per wheel
New Tyre Fitted – £30.00 (tyre supplied by you) – per wheel
New Tyre Fitted – £45.00 to £75.00 (tyre supplied by us – prices vary for different tyre sizes) – per wheel
Punctureless Tyre Upgrade – £30.00 (tyre supplied by you) – per wheel
Punctureless Tyre Upgrade – £45.00 to £75.00 (tyre supplied by us – prices vary for different tyre sizes) – per wheel
Diagnosis Fee – Minimum charge £30.00 (this is to spend time dismantling the e-scooter and diagnosing the unknown cause of a problem)
Final Repair Fee – the final price will depend on the required fix and the parts required. We’ll agree the final price up front, and we’ll only go ahead if you’re happy for us to do so. There will be no surprises as we’ll keep in touch with you.

Full Service includes:
– Checking the tightness of all nuts and bolts and adjusting where necessary
– Checking the sturdiness of the folding mechanism and adjusting where necessary
– Brake adjustment for optimum braking performance
– Checking lighting operation where application and correcting where necessary
– Tyre pressure checks and adjustment where applicable
– Full scooter clean
Prices do not include any replacement parts – we will contact you if we find any parts that need replacing.
