Whether it’s just a puncture or it needs a tyre changed. Maybe it’s completely broken or it requires a full service. Whatever the problem, we can definitely help…
If you’re in Northampton, then we also offer a free collection and delivery service. If you’re not in Northampton, then we can still collect although there will be a small charge for doing so. Alternatively, you can drop your scooter to us.
Once we have your e-scooter, we’ll take a look and diagnose the problem (diagnosis fee might apply, but we’ll let you know first). Then we’ll workout a final price for you, and once you’re happy, we’ll go ahead and fix it.
Finally, we’ll deliver it back to you, or let you know when it’s ready to collect.

Collection and delivery in Northampton town – Free of charge
Collection and delivery to Wellingborough – £10 each way
Collection and delivery to Kettering – £20 each way
Collection and delivery to Corby – £30 each way
Puncture Repair – £38.00 – per wheel (we’ll supply a new inner tube)
Fit New Tyre – £30.00 – per wheel (tyre supplied by you)
Supply & Fit New Tyre – £50.00 to £80.00 – per wheel (tyre supplied by us – prices vary for different tyre sizes)
Diagnosis Fee – Minimum charge £35.00 (this is for us to spend time dismantling the e-scooter and diagnosing the unknown cause of a problem)
Final Repair Fee – the final price will depend on the required fix and the parts required. We’ll agree the final price up front, and we’ll only go ahead if you’re happy for us to do so. There will be no surprises as we’ll keep in touch with you.

Full Service includes:
– Checking the tightness of all nuts and bolts and adjusting where necessary
– Checking the sturdiness of the folding mechanism and adjusting where necessary
– Checking the braking performance and adjusting where necessary
– Checking lighting operation where applicable and correcting where necessary
– Checking the tyres and tyre pressures and adjusting where necessary
– Full scooter clean
Prices do not include any replacement parts – we will contact you if we find any parts that need replacing.

It is illegal to ride a privately owned electric scooter (or ‘e-scooter’) in public, for example on pavements, on roads or in parks.
You could be fined and get penalty points on your driving licence. The scooter could also be seized by the police.
You can only ride a privately owned electric scooter on private land with the permission of the landowner.
